Nature Nuts of Larry Creek: MONTANA WATERCOLOR SOCIETY

Plan to join us Friday, July 12th to Monday, July 15th for our second annual Larry Creek Group camporee. We have a full slate of activities featuring: Jean Bidwell, a talented and accomplished watercolor artist from Northern California who will be teaching a workshop over two days. Her subject will be drawing and painting birds in watercolor.

Also on the agenda will be an in depth dive into the ever popular nature journaling world provided by Valerie Bayer of Northern Rockies Nature Journaling. Bitterroot Audubon will lead a morning bird walk for us to gather ideas for the workshop.

Overnight camping will be available for a nominal fee at the beautiful Larry Creek Group Campsite near Charles Waters campground; a light breakfast will be included. A Friday potluck dinner to meet the artist and share art stories, followed by time around the campfire. Saturday night will be a potluck dinner to deepen friendships, and on Sunday we will pass the hat to order takeout pizza to put on the barbie.

Registration information available soon.
